Travis Kushner is one of Civilian’s tallest team members and we’re darn glad to have him. He’s a great guy who comes to us with powerful skills from working at major agencies in London and San Francisco. Travis really knows his media, his digital, his digital media… you get the idea.
When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Pretty sure at that age I wanted to be a pyrotechnician who designed and ran firework shows.
A social cause you care deeply about and why? Protecting the environment.
I grew up constantly playing out in nature, hiking in the mountains, and swimming in lakes. I think humans have a fundamental responsibility to live in harmony with the natural world, and I think we’re doing a pretty terrible job of it at the moment.
If you could earn a living doing anything else, what would it be?
Drummer. Or travel blogger.

Hm, tough but classic question. I’d say Robin Williams to keep the mood funny (but brilliant), Voltaire to elevate the conversation, and Bob Dylan to do Bob Dylan things.
