When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A marine biologist/baker on the weekends, diversified streams of income and unlimited access to carbs.

A social cause you care deeply about and why?

I’m passionate about combating homelessness and advocating for affordable housing because I believe shelter is a basic human right.

If you could earn a living doing anything else, what would it be?

I would open my own traveling shop frequenting farmer’s markets and selling macrame wares and ceramics.

You can invite 3 people from either present day or history to break bread with, who would it be and why?

I would invite my grandmother, Giulia Tofana, and Sporus. My grandmother because she’ll always be my favorite person, and the other two led fascinating but tragic lives and I’d love the chance to sit and unpack trauma with them.
