Leah Davis is in charge of all the internal runnings of the agency account team. She has been with Civilian from the very beginning and continues to make the agency better and more efficient. She is as resilient as they come. She’s also a big fan of sushi which we believe she’s had every day for lunch for the past 135 years.

A social cause you care deeply about and why?

Mental Health – Every single person is affected by mental health; their own and of those around them. It is mind-blowing to me that it is not viewed with the same importance as physical heath, yet to thrive – you need both. It’s exciting to see the cultural shifts that have been made over the last 10 years. I’m proud to be working in this space.

If you could earn a living doing anything else, what would it be?
