When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An astronaut, but as an adult I have a terrible fear of flying so you won’t ever find me on a spaceship.

A social cause you care deeply about and why?

There are many, but if I had to narrow it down to one, I’d say inequality in education. All students should have the opportunity to receive a good education and the chance at a better life. Knowledge is power!

If you could earn a living doing anything else, what would it be?

I love history, and used to dream of consulting filmmakers on how to make the setting, costume, language, etc. of their film historically accurate.

A meal with Barack Obama, Amy Schumer, and Anthony Bourdain sounds like a very good time!
