Responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for the agency and its clients. The Director of Communications and Outreach initiates and drives the planning, strategy development, recommendations, and execution of communications, earned media, and outreach activities for clients.

You know how to build rapport with a broad array of key stakeholders and you are adept at crafting strong, strategic messages that are the bedrock of successful campaigns. You have a demonstrated track record of developing effective and innovative approaches to shaping public opinion and changing behavior. You know how to effectively lead a team, including developing talent, mentoring, providing backup support, and managing staffing and workloads.
