Job Overview
The Bookkeeper is responsible for updating, entering, and maintaining accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), reconciling statements, payroll processing and managing accounting records. The Bookkeeper works closely with agency staff and the Controller to proactively manage A/R and A/P, financial data, and reporting while adhering to established accounting standards.

A bookkeeping whiz with an eagle eye for the details. You have a firm grasp on what it takes to maintain accounting records for a fast-paced agency, and you are fluent in all things A/R and A/P. Reconciliation and invoice backup are your love languages.
